The University of California Systems have competitively solicited and awarded a cooperative contract to Fastenal for maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies and related services, available through OMNIA Partners. This national program has a five year initial term with two available one year renewals through 6/30/2025.

How to access & use your Fastenal account

At a branch

  1. Contact your local Fastenal Branch
  2. Identify yourself as a State agency or political subdivision (please have your sales tax exemption number or certificate available)
  3. Once you open an account, your local branch will report the account number to Fastenal's Government Sales Support department for set-up under the Government Contract (please allow 3 -5 business days for processing)

On Fastenal.com

  1. Click on My Account
  2. Click on register and enter e-mail, username, and password
  3. Enter the security code received via e-mail
  4. Select “Business Account" and enter contact info
  5. Select the best option under “Do you have a Fastenal Account Number?”

Eligible entities can access contract pricing and benefits by submitting a simple participation form. Once processed, your Fastenal.com account will be linked to the contract, ensuring compliance and streamlined purchasing under the agreement.

Fastenal integrates with major eProcurement and CMMS/EAM systems, enabling seamless purchasing, automated replenishment, and real-time inventory visibility. Our mission is to offer best-in-class inventory management.
