How do I find my local servicing store?
Your local servicing store will be reaching out to you to introduce themselves. If you need to contact them before they reach out or need their contact information click here to find your local servicing branch.
How do I buy from Fastenal?
Fastenal will be integrated into your Ariba punch-out. You will be able to purchase the same way you do other vendors.
How can I take advantage of the L3Harris employee discount program?
If you are going into the store, show the Fastenal employee your employee ID and let them know that you will be purchasing through the L3Harris employee discount program. If you would like to purchase online you will need to work with your site rep to set up an account with a unique login.
If I need new or updated VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) bins how do I get them?
Your local rep will be able to provide options for new bins. One option would be to sign our FMI (Fastenal Managed Inventory) agreement which would provide you with new Fastenal bins free of charge as long as your site can meet the minimum spend increase. You can also buy the bins outright to avoid the minimum spend increase.
What fees come with the vending program?
There are no fees associated with our vending program. Fastenal has waived the software fee that is typically applied to vending machines. The machine will require an internet connection. If the internet is not available, we can provide an air card at a fee of $10/month for each air card needed.
Can Fastenal help with broken power tools?
Fastenal has an internal repair department where we can repair most power tools at a reasonable rate. You can work with your local store to determine how much you would be willing to spend on each repair or go by a percentage of a new tool. Fastenal is also a certified warrantee shop for Milwaukee; if you have any issues with Milwaukee tools that are still under warranty, we can help!
Who can I reach out to if I have a very specific question on a topic?
Along with Fastenal’s local team, which will be able to answer most general questions, Fastenal has teams in place to answer more specific questions. Just ask your local rep about our specialists in Safety, Metalworking, Construction, Engineering, and Industrial services.
Are there any indirect categories not included in the new Fastenal agreement?
