FASTENAL EXPERIENCE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2026 OFFICIAL RULES

OFFICIAL RULES: By accepting the Fastenal Experience donation, Requestor and Participants (each, as defined below) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined below), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to such Event (as defined below). Each donation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws where Event is taking place.
SPONSOR: Fastenal Company, 2001 Theurer Blvd. Winona, MN USA 55987
REQUESTOR: Customer, organization, or community member reaching out to Sponsor for a donation to an Event.
EVENT: Customer, organization, or community raffle, silent auction, tournament (golf or otherwise), community engagement, wellness (walks, benefits, or otherwise), or any other occasion the Sponsor donates to at its discretion.
PARTICIPANT: Any individual 18 years or older attending and participating in any form with the associated Event; confirmed by Requestor’s discretion.
RECIPIENT: Participant selected as winner of the Raffle associated with the associated Event; chosen by Requestor’s discretion.
ODDS: The odds of being selected as a Recipient depend on the number of Participants in the associated Event.
GIVEAWAY: To enter, scan the QR code featured on advertisement flyer or banner stand and submit a form entry. Only one (1) entry per person; multiple entries will result in disqualification. Must be present at the Fastenal Pit Stop & Power Plays Cocktail Reception to win. Raffle prizes awarded to ten (10) winning Recipients at random: [Drawing 1] two (2) lower-level tickets (for Recipient and one (1) guest) to an NHL® game valued up-to $300/ticket, OR [Drawing 2] two (2) pit box credentials (for Recipient and one (1) guest) to a 2026 RFK Racing Fastenal primary race valued up-to $1,000/credential, OR [Drawing 3] one (1) of four (4) NHLShop.com digital gift cards valued up-to $100/ea., OR [Drawing 4] one (1) of four (4) autographed RFK Racing No. 17 Chris Buescher die cast cars (1:24 scale) valued up-to $125/ea. NHL tickets must be for a 2025-2026 NHL® regular season game of Recipient’s choice; tentpole events and Stanley Cup® Playoffs/Final are exempt. Request opportunity expires April 30th, 2026 or the last 2025-2026 NHL® regular season game; whichever comes first. Tickets are subject to availability and must be requested in advance: minimum of seven (7) business days before event date and will be transferred within twenty-four (24) hours of the event. RFK Racing pit box credentials must be for a 2026 Fastenal primary NASCAR® race of Recipient’s choice; Daytona 500 and all other races outside Fastenal primary schedule are exempt. Request opportunity expires November 2026 or the last Fastenal primary race; whichever comes first. Credentials are subject to availability and must be requested in advance: minimum six (6) weeks before event date and will be ready at track Will-Call within twenty-four (24) hours of the event. Recipients of the NHL® tickets and NASCAR® credentials are responsible for any applicable taxes and all travel and accommodation expenses. Terms and conditions of NHLShop.com gift card apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Requestor ultimately assumes all responsibility for Event and its entirety; including but not limited to Event timeframe, methods of purchases (excluding Raffle donation), Participant eligibility, Recipient selection, and any other applicable legal avenues. The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for (1) Event and/or Fastenal Experience tickets that are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in Participant or Recipient possession, (2) Event and/or NHL® tickets and/or RFK Racing pit box credentials that have been or may have been tampered with or transferred in violation of these Official Rules; (3) attempted online purchases, payments or any other Event-related communications which are lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the “Website”), Internet connection, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand-held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server, ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Event; (4) the inability of a purchaser or prospective purchaser of Event ticket to connect or stay connected to the Internet, to log on to the Website, or to participate in or complete any online communication or activity related to the Event; (5) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Event (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (5), “Errors”), including without limitation, Errors in Event-related materials or in the administration of the Event, such as Errors in processing Event entries, identifying potential winners, determining official winners, or announcing or delivering Raffle prizes; or (6) any injury or damage to any person’s electronic device related to or resulting from participation in this Event, the use of the Website, or the downloading of any materials from the Website. If any portion of the Event is compromised, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Event, or the proper submission or capture of Event entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Event, and to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect Event entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Compromising Event. Sponsor may also determine to refund all Event ticket purchases in lieu of naming an official winner. Anyone who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Event or the Website, as determined in Sponsor’s sole judgment, will be disqualified from participation in the Event and, if applicable, will be deemed to have forfeited all claims to the Raffle. Tampering and abuse includes, without limitation, (i) circumventing any geofencing restrictions on online Event ticket purchases and (ii) disputing a valid debit or credit card transaction in connection with an Event ticket purchase. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR APP ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT OR TO UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES AND OTHER REASONABLE COSTS AND EXPENSES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Event, each Participant agrees the Released Parties, as defined below, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified, released and held harmless by each Participant against, any liability for injuries, losses, costs, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage or property loss, resulting from, whether in whole or in part or directly or indirectly, participation in this Event or the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Event ticket or Raffle prizes. “Released Parties” means Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively the “NHL Entities”), any third party processor involved in the Event, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, partners, contractors, agents, and advertising and promotion partners and agencies, and all officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents of the foregoing parties.
PUBLICITY/INFORMATION RELEASE: By participating in the Event, each Participant agrees Requestor and Sponsor may share his/her name, contact information, and transaction information (i.e., number and date of Event tickets purchased) with any presenting or sponsoring partner of the Event. In addition, each winner, by accepting a Raffle prize, grants Sponsor, Sponsor’s designees and affiliates and any presenting or sponsoring partner of the Event full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use such winner’s name, address (city and state only), photograph, personal statements, voice and/or other likeness and Raffle information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity.
